As a time-honored tradition, Hotel Sacher opens its doors each New Year’s Day, welcoming guests from near and far to partake in a truly exceptional culinary celebration.

Choose to revel in the afternoon sunlight with a leisurely lunch from 12:30 PM to 3:00 PM. Or, embrace the enchanting ambiance of the evening with a captivating dinner, served from 6:00 PM to 10:30 PM.

Celebrate New Year’s Day in true Sacher style with an exceptional four-course menu. Families are most welcome! Young guests aged 6 to 12 can delight in a special “Petit Sacher Festtagsmenü,” a delicious three-course menu designed just for them, ensuring a memorable experience for all ages.

Chef Anton Pozeg presents a four-course New Year’s Day menu showcasing the finest seasonal ingredients and culinary expertise. Choose from a selection of exquisite dishes, including marinated Arctic char, pink roasted veal fillet, and braised sweet potato with lion’s mane mushroom. Each course is expertly paired with corresponding wines, and the menu includes mineral water and coffee or tea.
