Restaurant Zirbelzimmer

In the heart of Salzburg, with direct views of the Salzach River, lies a unique restaurant: the Zirbelzimmer. Since 1866, this top restaurant has been preserved in its original state, lovingly restored and still full of charm today. As a Gault&Millau-awarded fine dining restaurant, Zirbelzimmer is a place where craftsmanship, authenticity and atmosphere meet in timeless elegance. Guests enjoy refined Austrian food with international accents, prepared with seasonal and regional ingredients. At its core: genuine hospitality and culinary craftsmanship. We look forward to enchanting you at the Zirbelzimmer.
